Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons (competition periods and summer months), processing may occasionally take longer, but we strive to maintain our quick turnaround.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you adequate time to ensure your aquatic gear meets your performance expectations.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included and undamaged
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Items must be free from any odors, stains, or signs of use
- Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact and undisturbed
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Body Lotion & Body Wash (opened or unopened personal care products)
- AED Units & Cabinets (safety equipment requiring specific handling)
- Any items without original packaging or with removed tags
- Custom or personalized products
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Information: Include your order number, items you wish to return/exchange, and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization)
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchange Shipping: Standard shipping fees apply for exchanged items
Refund Timeline & Methods
